Brother Cecil M. Brookins is a Fall 1997 initiate through the Xi Alpha Chapter seated at Morehead State University and Life Member #11614.
Bro. Brookins holds a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting and an Executive MBA from Sullivan University. Professionally, Cecil is a Customer Relations Manager for EnovaPremier, LLC., an MBE Tier II Directed Supplier for Toyota. In the community, he serves as Chairman of the J.O. Blanton House, a Obsidian Sportsman & Defence Club member, Winners for Wellness Committee, Bluegrass Automotive Manufactures Association, and Louisville Male High School Band Booster Parent.
Bro. Brookins is a two-time past President of Alpha Lambda and currently holds the following leadership positions in Alpha: Chapter: March of Dimes/Project Alpha Committee Chair and Alpha Lambda Education Foundation (ALEF); District: March for Babies Coordinator; Regional: Alpha Midwest Charitable Foundation, Inc.; General: Alpha University Chair.
Bro. Brookins is married to Dr. Tish Brookins, 2nd Anti-Bassilus of the Eta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. They are proud parents of girl/boy twins Amari & Emory.

The House represents the joining of strangers, who because of Alpha, become friends/brothers. “Lives touched by me”: I have a responsibility and expectation to be brotherly and cordial. I help leadership in turning selfish brothers into selfless brothers. I hold high the standards of Alpha. I will get tired in this process, but I must remain steadfast. Non members look up to me, therefore I must represent the House in a positive manner at all times.
